These Guest Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Pickup Technology Limited (“Pickup”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of the Pickup website, mobile application, marketplace, booking services and other services we make available to you (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating a Pickup account, accessing our Services, making a booking or otherwise using Pickup, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You also agree to our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Pickup Protect Terms, Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy and any additional terms that apply to a particular service or booking.
Please read these Terms carefully before using Pickup. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.

Certain services, operators, destinations or bookings may have additional terms and conditions. Where applicable, these will be made available to you before or during the booking process and will form part of your agreement with Pickup and/or the applicable operator.
