The Role
As a Staff Software Engineer Frontend Platform, you’ll help shape the frontend technology that powers the Pickup experience.
You’ll work closely with Product, Design and Engineering to build fast, reliable and scalable experiences across our web platform. You’ll have a meaningful role in technical decisions, architecture and the systems that help Pickup grow.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain scalable frontend systems.
- Work closely with Product and Design to turn ideas into polished experiences.
- Establish frontend standards and best practices.
- Improve performance, accessibility and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers across the wider product.
- Contribute to technical architecture and long-term platform decisions.
- Help create a strong engineering culture as Pickup grows.

- Excellent understanding of frontend architecture and development.
- Experience working with scalable product platforms.
