Pickup is building a technology platform for premium mobility across Ground, Water and Air.

We connect guests with verified operators and make it easier to discover, compare, book and manage exceptional journeys, all through one trusted platform. We are growing our team and looking for people who want to help build something from the ground up.

The role

As Growth Marketer, you will bring guests and operators to Pickup through partnerships, content, the referral programme and performance channels.

What you’ll do

• Plan and run campaigns across partnerships, content and performance channels.
• Grow the referral programme and track what is actually working.
• Work with Design and Product on launch moments and campaign assets.
• Build relationships with partners who bring guests or operators to Pickup.
• Track acquisition numbers and report honestly on what moved them.
• Keep every piece of marketing copy within Pickup’s brand and compliance guardrails.

What we’re looking for

• Experience running growth or marketing campaigns, ideally for a marketplace or app.
• Comfortable with both the creative and the numbers side of growth.
• Strong writing: Pickup’s voice is bold, confident and plain English.
• Based in or able to work from Lagos.
• Organised enough to run several channels and partners at once.
• Genuine interest in Lagos travel, mobility or hospitality.
