Why can't I find any availability?

Operators set their own availability. If your search comes back empty or short, a few adjustments often open up more options.

Check your search

On Search, review:

• Where. Is the address inside an area Pickup serves? Pickup is available in Lagos. See Where does Pickup operate?
• When? Is the date and time correct?
• How many people? A large group limits the listings that fit.
• The service icon at the top: car, boat or jet.

Loosen your filters

On the results screen, tap Filters, then Clear all, or relax filters such as Price range, Vehicle type, Year or Seats and bags.

Try other times

• Popular dates, such as weekends, holidays and event days, book up early.
• Moving your start time by an hour or two can reveal more options.
• Boat trips run in daylight only, so the app only offers daylight times. See Planning a day on the water in Lagos.
• Charter flights often need more notice, and international flights need at least 72 hours. See Planning a private charter flight.

Book ahead

The earlier you search, the more choice you have. Save listings you like with the heart icon.

Listings that disappear

An expired licence, permit or insurance document suspends a listing automatically until it is renewed, and it drops out of results. See How Pickup verifies operators.
