Terms of Use of Pickup Brands
Pickup's brand assets, including trademarks, logos, designs and other visual elements, are proprietary. By downloading or using any Pickup brand assets, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
- 1
By using any Pickup trademarks, logos, designs or approved brand assets, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use of Pickup Brands, the Pickup Trademark Use Guidelines, Co-Marketing Guidelines, Brand Guidelines and any other applicable Pickup policies or agreements.
- 2
Pickup reserves the right to take action against unauthorised, misleading or infringing use of its brand assets, or any use that does not comply with these guidelines.
- 3
Pickup is the owner or authorised holder of its trademarks and brand assets. You may not challenge, interfere with or claim ownership of Pickup's trademarks or other proprietary brand elements.
- 4
When using Pickup trademarks, you must clearly represent them as belonging to Pickup Technology Limited where attribution is required.
- 5
You must not use Pickup trademarks, logos or brand assets in a way that implies Pickup has sponsored, endorsed or formally partnered with your business unless that relationship has been expressly approved.
- 6
You may not use or attempt to register any Pickup trademark, logo or brand element, in whole or in part, or anything confusingly similar to Pickup's marks, as a trademark, company name, trade name, domain name, social media handle or other brand identity.
- 7
You must not alter, misuse, disparage, dilute or otherwise damage the Pickup brand. This includes changing approved colours, modifying typography, distorting or stretching logos, obscuring brand elements, adding unauthorised effects, animating marks or otherwise modifying approved assets.
- 8
Any goodwill generated through the authorised use of Pickup trademarks and brand assets remains with Pickup.
- 9
Pickup may update these Terms, modify its brand assets or revoke permission to use its trademarks or other brand features at any time.
- 10
Except for the limited permission to use Pickup brand assets for approved purposes, no other rights are granted, whether expressly, by implication or otherwise.
