Setting up meet and greet

How to add a meet and greet board to your car listing, price it and deliver it well, from the name board to the car.

2 min readUpdated 2 November 2026For operators

A Meet and greet board lets your chauffeur meet guests at arrivals and walk them to the car. It is an extra on your listing.

Adding the offer

  1. Open Listings and choose your car.
  2. Tap Extras.
  3. Tap Meet and greet board.
  4. Enter what you want to earn, or ₦0 for free.
  5. Turn on Offer this extra and tap Save.

Guests see the extra and its price before they pay. The price shown at checkout is the price charged. See How guests see your price.

Pricing it well

  • Price for the extra time your chauffeur spends in the terminal.
  • Keep it simple. Guests compare the total, not the parts.
  • You set what you earn for meet and greet, as for the rest of the booking. The price guests see already includes Pickup's service fee and VAT. See Commission and fees.

Delivering it

  1. Your chauffeur arrives before the scheduled pickup time.
  2. They wait at the agreed meeting point with a clear name board.
  3. They greet the guest, help with luggage and walk them to the car.
  4. The guest checks that the chauffeur, car and plate match the booking before getting in.

Presentation matters. Chauffeurs should be well groomed, courteous and easy to find. See Understanding operator standards.

If you cannot deliver it

If airport access or other circumstances mean your chauffeur cannot meet the guest inside, message the guest in the app before the trip. Do not turn the extra off after booking without telling the guest. It applies to new bookings only.

For other occasions, you can send a custom quote. See Sending custom offers.

The full rules are in the Operator Agreement and Payments Terms.
