How to claim

Report it in the app within 24 hours of the trip, from the booking's help icon, and claim within 72 hours of the trip end, with:

  1. Photos or video of the mess, time stamped.
  2. Before and after trip evidence, if you have it. See Before and after trip evidence.
  3. An itemised receipt or quote for the cleaning. Where the amount claimed is above ₦250,000, an itemised quote or invoice from an independent business is required.

What happens next

The guest has 7 days to pay or dispute it. If they pay, the amount is owed to you in full. If they dispute it, a person at Pickup decides on the evidence, with reasons.

Never

Ask the guest to pay for cleaning in cash or by transfer.

The rules are in the Guest Terms and Dispute Resolution.
