Tipping on Pickup
- There is no tipping feature in the app.
- If you want to thank your chauffeur, captain or crew, you can choose to give a cash tip directly. It is a personal gift between you and that person.
- Pickup does not process tips, take any part of them or refund them.
What crew may not do
Chauffeurs, captains, crew and pilots must never:
- ask for a tip or suggest one is expected;
- display requests for tips; or
- delay, shorten or change the service in connection with a tip.
A tip is never a substitute for the price. No one may ask you to pay any part of the price in cash or outside Pickup.
Tips and reviews
No one may rate or review a trip, or decide whether to accept a future booking, based on whether a tip was given. This applies to guests and operators alike.
If you are asked for a tip
Tap Report a problem with this trip on the trip. Asking for a tip breaks the Community Standards, and we may warn, suspend or remove the person responsible.
