Setting up your payout account

How to add or change the company bank account your Pickup payouts go to, why the account name must match your CAC record, and how changes are checked.

You add a payout account when you sign up. You cannot receive payouts until it is checked.

Whose account it must be

Only registered companies list on Pickup, so payouts go to an account in your registered business name, exactly as registered with CAC. Payouts for all your listings and verticals go to it.

Payouts to personal or third party accounts are not allowed.

Add your account during sign up

  1. In Get paid and go live, open Payout account.
  2. Choose your Bank name.
  3. Enter your Company account number.
  4. Check the account name the app shows. It must match your registered business name.
  5. Tap Continue, then finish Review and submit.

You can tap Do this later and add it from Finish setting up on Menu.

Update your payout details later

  1. Open Menu, then Earnings, then Earnings settings.
  2. Tap Payout account, then Change payout account.
  3. Choose the new bank and enter the account number.
  4. Tap Check account and confirm the name matches.

We verify the new account and email you. Until then, payouts keep going to your current account.

If you owe a refund

You can't change your payout account while you owe a refund, and a change you've already asked for waits until it's cleared. It clears when the amount comes off your next payouts, or when you pay it back by transfer. The refund email has the details.

If your bank is refusing your payouts, this doesn't apply, so you can change your account.

If the account name does not match

The app shows Name doesn't match and will not accept the account. Check for spelling differences or a trading name, or try another account. If your bank records differ, contact operator support. See Contacting operator support.
