Payouts for new operators

New operators are paid on the same schedule as everyone else, from the first trip. When a payout can take up to 72 hours, and what holds it longer.

2 min readUpdated 2 November 2026For operators

There is no separate payout schedule for new operators. From your first trip, you are paid the same way as every operator on Pickup.

Your schedule from day one

  • Cars. All of it, 1 hour after the trip ends.
  • Boats and yachts. All of it, 1 hour after the trip ends.
  • Private jets. All of it, 1 hour after landing. Nothing is paid for a flight that never left.

Nothing is paid before the trip. You get a push and an email when your payout is sent. Bookings of 7 days or more pay weekly; see How payouts work.

When a payout can take up to 72 hours

If a booking or your account is flagged for review, the payout waits until 72 hours after the trip ends (for jets, after landing), or until the flag is cleared.

What can hold a payout longer

  • An open case on the booking, such as a problem the guest reported or damage you reported. It holds the whole payout for that booking until it is decided.
  • A hold under the Payments Terms, for example an investigation or a requirement from a court, regulator or payment provider.
  • A payout account that is missing or not yet checked.

Where to see your schedule

  1. Open Menu, then Earnings.
  2. Tap Upcoming to see what is due and when.

Keep payouts moving

  • Complete trips as booked, with the chauffeur or crew the guest was shown.
  • Keep every document current so your listings stay live.
  • Keep your payout account checked.
  • Resolve any issue through the app, not in private.
