Sending custom offers

How to send a guest a custom quote in Messages, reply to a jet quote request, and how guests see and pay for your offer.

2 min readUpdated 2 November 2026For operators

A custom quote is a price you send to one guest for one trip. It replaces the listing price for that guest. It suits trips that follow a set pattern or do not fit your usual price, such as a wedding day or a multi stop route.

Examples

  • Wedding day. One price for the day, with your decoration extra included.
  • Multi stop jet trip. A quote with each leg of the route.

Add or edit a custom offer

  1. Open Messages and go to the guest's conversation.
  2. Tap +, then Custom quote, or Send quote at the top of an enquiry.
  3. Choose the Listing, the Date and time and your chauffeur or captain.
  4. Enter Your price, which is what you earn. The screen shows what the guest sees, all in.
  5. Turn on any extras, and set Expires in and Cancellation.
  6. Tap Review quote, then send it.

To change a sent quote, use Withdraw and send a New quote, or Revise quote if the guest asked for a change. For an extra on a booked trip, use Quote for an extra.

Jet guests can also send a quote request. It appears on Home under Requests. Open it and tap Send a quote, or Decline.

Messaging guests about a trip

Guests can message you from your listing or booking. Use messages to agree details such as pickup points, route or timings. Any price change must go through a quote so the guest sees it before paying. Never agree a price or take payment outside Pickup.

What guests see

The guest sees the all in total, which includes Pickup's service fee and VAT, with nothing added at checkout. When they accept and pay, the booking is confirmed. If the quote expires, the dates are open again on your calendar. See How guests see your price.
