What is Pickup Charter and how does it work?

Pickup Charter is a marketplace for chauffeur driven cars, crewed boats and yachts, and private jet charter. One app. One account. Verified operators on land, water and air.

Who provides your trip

Pickup does not own vehicles, vessels or aircraft, and does not employ chauffeurs, captains or pilots. Independent licensed operators list their services on Pickup and deliver your trip. Your contract of carriage is with the operator. Pickup runs the platform: search, booking, payment, verification, support and dispute resolution.

Every booking comes with a professional operator: a chauffeur, a captain and crew, or a flight crew.

How it works

1. Find what you need. Choose a car, boat or jet, then the kind of trip, where, when and how many people.
2. Compare options. Listings show photos, specifications, the operator's profile and checks, price, features and guest reviews where available.
3. Book securely. Review your details, add requests and pay. You receive a booking reference, trip details, a receipt and a way to message your operator.
4. Stay informed. Updates arrive by in app notification and email. Your trip, step by step shows each stage, from booking to arrival.
5. Arrive. Meet your operator at the agreed point and enjoy the trip.

What you pay

Operators set their own prices. The price you see is the total for your trip, including Pickup's service fee, VAT and any mandatory charges. There is no surge pricing. The price at checkout is the price charged.

What every booking includes

Every booking includes verified operators, payment through Flutterwave that is paid to the operator on a fixed schedule after your trip, live trip tracking and sharing, a published cancellation option, in app support and dispute resolution.

Need to make changes?

Plans change. You can view, change or cancel a booking from Trips, subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
