How to update your details

Keep your details current so your bookings run smoothly. Everything lives in Profile > Personal details.

Phone number

1. Go to Personal details and tap Phone number.
2. Enter the number and tap Save changes.

We never send a code to your phone. Your chauffeur or crew lead can see your number only from 1 hour before your trip starts until 1 hour after it ends.

Email address

1. Go to Personal details and tap Email address.
2. On Update email address, enter the new address and tap Continue.
3. Enter the 6-digit code sent to the new address.

You will see a confirmation once your email has been updated.

Profile photo

Go to Profile, tap your photo and upload a new one. A clear photo helps your chauffeur recognise you at pickup.

Name

Tap Name in Personal details to set the name you want shown. Your legal name should match your ID. If you have verified your identity and need to change your legal name, contact us through Profile > Help. We may ask you to verify again. See Help with identity verification.

Accessibility

1. Go to Personal details and tap Accessibility needs.
2. Pick what you need, such as Wheelchair space needed or Step-free boarding.
3. Tap Save.

We share your needs with the operator when you book. You can also message your operator about a specific trip. See Accessibility and special requests.

Your data

You can ask for a copy of your personal data in Profile > Privacy and your data, or ask for it to be corrected, under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. You can also email privacy@pickupltd.com. See Your privacy and data on Pickup.
