Adding your first vehicle or service

Create your first Pickup listing for a chauffeur driven car, crewed boat or private jet: documents, insurance, photos, pricing, policies and review.

3 min readUpdated 2 November 2026For operators

A listing is one vehicle, vessel or aircraft with its details, photos, prices and rules. You can save and exit at any step and finish later. Drafts stay in Listings.

Create the listing

  1. Open Listings and tap + (List a car, boat or jet).
  2. Step 1, Tell us about it. For cars: make, model, year, colour, power, body, seats and bags. For boats: builder, size, power, type, guests, boarding jetty, safety kit and captain and crew. For jets: make, model, registration, category, cabin, base and flight crew.
  3. Upload the documents for this asset, including your own commercial insurance. Without it, the listing cannot go live. Cars also pick their base, their pickup areas and their chauffeurs.

Take your photos

  1. Step 2, Make it stand out. Take exterior and interior photos with the guided camera, or add them from your gallery.
  2. Cars need at least 5 outside and 3 inside. Boats and jets need at least 3 of each.
  3. Choose a cover photo and drag the rest into order. Then add a title, a description, features, highlights and tags.

Use real, recent photos of this exact asset. See Photo standards.

Set pricing and policies

Step 3, Finish up and publish.

  1. Choose How guests book: Request to book or Instant confirmation. Jets use Request to book, Quote on request or both.
  2. Enter what you want to earn for each trip you offer.
  3. Add any extras, such as a meet and greet board.
  4. Set your availability and the time you need between bookings.
  5. Choose a cancellation option for trips under 24 hours, and one for trips of 24 hours or more.
  6. Set your rules and your trip pack.
  7. Check Review your listing, then submit.

After you submit

Trust and Safety reviews each listing before it goes live, usually within 2 business days. We email you when it is live. If something needs changing, it shows Needs a fix. You can keep editing while it is in review.
