How do I switch between guest and Operator Mode?

Pickup is one app. You can use one login for both. When you book a trip for yourself you are a guest. When you manage listings, bookings, crew or payouts you are in Operator Mode, acting for your business.

Switching modes

1. Open Menu in Operator Mode, or Profile as a guest.
2. Use the Guest | Operator switch.
3. The app shows the tools for that mode.

The switch appears once your business is added. Before that, your guest Profile shows List your business on Pickup.

Your guest bookings and your business records are kept separately. Switching does not move bookings, messages or payments between the two.

Which rules apply

• In Operator Mode you act for your business, and the Operator Agreement applies.
• When you book a trip for yourself, the Guest Terms apply.
• The Terms of Use apply in both.

Who may use Operator Mode

Only your directors, officers and staff you invite may act in Operator Mode, and each of them needs a verified identity. You are responsible for everything done in Operator Mode on your account. See Who can manage my business on Pickup?.
