Each car on Pickup has its own chauffeur and is booked as its own booking. For a group that needs several cars, you make one booking per car.
How to book several cars
- Search for your date, time and pickup point.
- Choose and book the first car.
- Repeat for each further car. Some operators have several cars, so you can book them from the same operator if you prefer one point of contact.
- Use the same pickup time and point for each booking, or stagger them if your group arrives at different times.
Keeping things organised
- Add the passengers for each car to that booking, so each chauffeur knows who to expect. See How to add guests to your booking.
- Choose a lead guest for each car if you will not be in it.
- Share each live trip with the person coordinating at the destination.
Weddings, events and business groups
For a wedding or a larger event, see Booking transport for a corporate event. Businesses that book often can ask about a company account for one monthly invoice.
Cancelling part of a group booking
Because each car is a separate booking, you can cancel one without affecting the others. The Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to each booking on its own, using the cancellation option on that booking.
