If you are travelling with others, or booking for someone else, add them to the booking. Your operator sees who is travelling.
Add guests at checkout
- At checkout, tap Who's travelling.
- Choose the lead guest: Me, Someone else or Someone on Pickup.
- Under Other guests, tap Add a guest. Choose from your travel companions, find someone by their Pickup Tag, or enter a name and an optional phone number.
- Repeat for each person, up to the number the listing shows.
On a boat, use Guests on board to set the headcount and lead guest. On a jet, add everyone to the Passenger manifest.
Booking for someone else
Choose Someone else or Someone on Pickup as the lead guest. You stay the booker, and you are responsible for the booking, payment and conduct on the trip under the Guest Terms.
Add guests after booking
Open the trip in Trips, tap Change reservation, then Change guests.
Passenger numbers
- The number of guests must match the number of people travelling.
- Every listing has a seat or passenger limit. Operators can refuse to carry more people than the vehicle, vessel or aircraft is permitted to carry. Infants count toward the limit on boats and jets.
- For private aviation, every passenger's details and identity documents are required before departure. See Rules for private jet passengers.
Sharing the trip
Guests on Pickup see the trip in their app. Anyone else can follow the journey if you tap Share on the trip. See How live trip tracking and sharing work.
