Can my chauffeur or crew accept tips?

There is no tipping in the app. Your chauffeur or crew must never ask for a tip, but may accept a cash tip a guest offers without being asked.

The rules

• Never ask, hint or make service depend on a tip.
• Unsolicited cash tips may be accepted.
• Tips are not payments for the trip. Never accept money described as payment for waiting time, extras or an extension. Those go through the app.

Ratings

Tips never affect a guest's rating of you, or your rating of a guest.
